Marc,
Your pup is adorable! Best of luck with him.
We have two dogs who are pitbull mixes and also had a pitbull mix for about 10 years before he died of cancer. You couldn't ask for better dogs in my opinion! We believe that our female Roxie is pitbull mixed with shepherd (you can see her picture in the photobucket link below. She has one ear that always is "down" but to us it just adds to her appeal! She was also a shelter dog. Our other dog is Nickie who is pitbull mixed with bullmastiff (a male who is about 14 months old).
He's really cute, Marc. I do think he's a Pit mix, which, IMO is a great thing! Smart, eager to learn and please, and fun in general. My 5mo old Pit is under my desk here at work as we speak. Welcome, and kudos on feeding raw. With being already neutered, keeping him au natural as much as possible is essential to his health.
Not to get off dogs entirely, but what do you fly? For fun or work?
Post more pics as you take them or give him an album we can click on. Please.

Thanks for the encouragement. It's really nice to hear from people who ACTUALLY own a pit mix. I think it's accurate information "from the horse's mouth," so to speak. I'm actually feeling more encouraged about the pit mix based on reading through his forum for several days now.
To answer your question, (though not to change the thread) I fly airplanes for fun but sometimes for "work" in that I'm a writer for Plane & Pilot magazine. I fly mostly small airplanes and I have a real passion for taildraggers (older, vintage airplanes like what you would see in Alaska or other mountainous areas). When I'm not doing that I'm a singer and songwriter but you've only heard me if you listen to country or Americana radio stations.
Here is the only picture I could find and it's with my daughter and not my dog, but I'm working on that. (Jenni, that's a Cessna 172SP behind me if you wanted to know)
