Sorry guys, I should just read the whole site before posting :laugh: Thanks so much Connie, I was not sure about artificial sweeteners, I know the MSM supplement I used to give had an apple flavoring but nothing I could find gave any info on a sweetener and I stopped giving it because anything artificial makes me cautious. I had heard that liquid supplements are better than dry or powdered as they absorb faster and easier, but I also heard that they do not have as great of an overal effect because they pass through the system quickly also. But I suppose if I am giving it every day it doesn't matter. Thanks so much, I will probably switch to Syn-Flex after I'm out of the Direct Flex.

But all three were named by authoritative web sites as being at the top of the list of liquids AND good value.
