Oh and did anyone else catch the sgement on NPR this afternoon about the woman who applied marker and reward based training methods to her husband?
It was a really well done segment with lots of good callers as well.

I thought the program on NPR was retarded, i laughed out loud a few times. The lady kept saying training humans and whales was the same as training dogs. Funny stuff for sure!
I do think the concept is essentially the same, that rewarding desired behavior while to whatever extent feasible ignoring the undesired is a highly effective way to perfom behavior modification no matter what the species
