Thanks Debbie and Saffron! I should remember it, I don't do much "extra curricular" type stuff, I got that out of my system early on.
My sigpic is a shot I cracked up at when I saw it on a funny pics site online. I just could not resist putting it here, figuring it would bring some smiles! I wish I knew who took it/who's dog it was so I could e-mail them and tell them to take some more.
Hmm my house smells of fishy pork and Duke has a gleam in his eye as he stares very intently in the direction of the kitchen. I better go cut those up and bag them or it he will consider it cruelty to not let him have the pan of it.

Thanks Amber, and Shody! I've been drinking lots of water to keep from being Thirsty. Duke loves his new treats and did very well with the first stage of motivational retrieve. Then again he's always been mouthy, he's still a pup at 13 months and gladly puts his mouth on anything I want him to. And a few things I'd rather him not. He's trying to learn how to open the doors with his mouth O_O

Oh goodness, opening doors could be bad...along with opening refrigerators...I know someone who's dog does this and they have to use bungees to keep him out.
I did teach mine to close drawers with his nose, so he goes through the kitchen several times a day looking for drawers to close, then looks at me like "where's my treat?".
He is better about it than the teenagers, so usually there is something for him to shut!
