Oh Boy, Have we all heard that story before or what? One person ruins it for everyone, in this case one giy takes public knowledge and uses it for a bad purpose and all of a sudden nothing is public. Sigh...
If there is anything I really, really dislike it's people that abuse animals, puppy mill or what have it, and then skip on the bill they owe to society. What I dislike even more is that it seems true prosecution for these people is lax to the point of driving me up a wall.
It takes a good lot to stir me up, but, then.. everyone watch out!!!
I've found Searchbug to pretty good at giving up a last known location. It goes off of public records, utility bills and such, so if I'm looking for someone, I just keep checking back, and eventually they'll appear. It seems everyone uses electricity.
A little research turned up that Pelham is in Hillsborough County. The Sheriff's Dept. has a website: http://www.hcsonh.us/ A little heads up may turn up something useful. If I had a date of birth I could check on her wanted status, to see if it was in the national system, but I highly doubt it unless its a felony and they are willing to extradite. But, the Sheriff's Office, if they've had contact may be able to provide an address... and, if she ever comes back across the state line into Maine, for say.... the Holidays... BINGO!
Yes, I like to catch people that are wanted. I can't help it. Call it a dog thing!

Yeah yeah,
That darn date of birth thing. Every time I have a sympathatic ear that's always the first thing asked after the name. "Sorry man, I can't help you without date of birth."
Monday morning I'm going to be sitting on the front steps of the court house when the guards open it for the day. (I've been resting my writing hand!)
This is going to be run to ground. And then the dogs will be sicked on them if a K-9 team can be arranged for the party.
I should have some answers Monday.

"some wack job that started killing sex offenders using the roll calls published openly."
I for one would have no problem with this..........
( I know, mean to say, but hey, many of those monsters deserve far more punishment that they receive from our wimpy Justice system. )

YES! (fist pump here)
Okay gang, to make a long story short this is the upshot of my meandering today. And it's been a good day.
It is John C. Frasca whose name is on the arrest warrant. And is still outstanding. That is up to about 2:30 this afternoon. And the state will extradite within New England area.
Let me tell ya I think we must have done some shaking up of something. The last conversation I had was with the Buxton dispatch (town of the crime), and even though the officer was dealing with an emergency; she listened and then stopped me half way through my spiel, "if this is about the puppy mill, we got the word on him earlier today and we know where he is." Blah blah from me, "no sir I can't tell you anything about what happens after, get this, WE ARREST HIM". "We know where he is".
The rest of the story should come out farther on down the road. I'll report.
Julie, without your input these slugs wouldn't be on their way back to the face the bar...I didn't know about Searchbug!
I, the people of Maine, and all dog lovers owe you a nod of gratitude. For myself, I bow low.
Not to forget, I need to thank all you board members who kept your ears to the ground and ready to stomp these stains on humanity out.
And lastly, a special thank-you goes out to Ed Frawley, for profiding the meaning to make it happen.
It's been a good day gang!
