He had a show here in Canada...can't quite remember what it was called.
His tv show wasn't actually that bad and dealt more with normal everyday trainging issues than aggressive problem dogs.
But his claims now adays are a bit much.
That is our local television station on his website. The pic at the top right with the "the phone lines light up as people scramble to seek don's advice" statement underneath...lol.
“Using Don’s System, Daisy went from crazy to calm in 15 minutes. It was absolutely amazing! I can now walk her without holding onto the leash. She doesn’t even care when the doorbell rings now. I never thought in a million years I’d be able to clip her toenails, but now she just lays there! It’s a complete transformation. It has changed my life. Daisy is now my dream dog!”
It sounds like (and of course I dont know this person or dog so I can't say for sure) this dog has just shut down. Even in the photo she is just laying there. I hope she hasn't lost her Lab "zest for life"....

too late to add this into my post
but this myth really ticks me off.
IS MY DOG TOO DUMB TO TRAIN? DO DOGS REMEMBER WHEN THEY HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG?: Is it possible that my dog is not “smart” enough to learn Don’s System? If my dog does something (e.g. chews the couch) while I am gone, will he remember what he has done when I get home?
A: All dogs, even 9 week old puppies, are intelligent enough to be trained using Don Sullivan’s “Secrets to Training the Perfect Dog” System. And they all have a great memory; they certainly remember when they have done something against the “rules,” even if you discover it days later!

So from his thinking, if your dog went to the bathroom last week in the basement and you just found it today, you can correct him for it now & he'll know what he's being corrected for.

you mean....no?
I think she was talking from his point of view and not her own. He does say that dogs have great memories and can be corrected for things that they did earlier....YIKES....I hope no one here tries that.
Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter
oh, i was just being silly....i'm pretty sure wendy wouldn't actually think that though it's hilarious, in a sad way, i'd also hate to actually see people trying that.
