Tempting but it's the owner that should really be kicked. Hmmm, maybe zap some of the idiots like this with a small stun baton. Then when they complain, say something like, "It's so small and cute, it couldn't possibly do any damage."

I don't think I would have let that one go. Today a pant leg, tomorrow a little kid. That just irks me to no end when people think it's funny that their toy breed is aggressive! I just don't get it. And I would expect the same if my dog bit someone due to my irresponsibility.
