Cindy, we say it here all the time, and I believe you said it again in a post recently. We knew what we were getting into with these active dogs and it is our responsibility to give them an outlet for that energy.
I just throw snowballs and chunks of ice in the winter. I don't have to worry about losing toys in the deep snow, and it tires the dog out faster when he's digging in 2 feet of snow to find whatever it was that I threw.
Nah, I thought she might finally learn to keep her tongue in her mouth. She's been that way since she was tiny; she has to catch as many snowflakes before they land as she can.
Yeah, I live in the South and it is 7 degrees here today. My 4 dogs don't even act like it is cold, and 2 have short hair.
The water lines to my grooming room are frozen, so I have no water today. It will be a real pleasure rescheduling 11 dogs to groom, seeing I have no openings till March. Well, there goes my day off next week. This weather sucks!

your dogs don't act like it's cold because it's NOT! 7 degrees is heavenly.
26 below zero air temp here today, not sure what the windchill is. I don't think I really care at this point.
I decided that you can't truly appreciate a nice summer day unless you've experienced sub zero temperatures. My siblings live in the south and they take dry pavement and grass for granted. They (of course) think I'm nuts.
It got up to 6 or 7 below yesterday, and I was shocked that I actually felt a little warm LOL
I can't wait for the warm up later today. If it hits zero I'll be so happy!
I posted on FB that it's been so cold that I have been wearing Ed's mad bomber hat out in public. That's cold!!!
