I have been thinking about getting that DVD, but it is $65 and money is a bit tight right now. I wish it was a bit cheaper. Is this something you definitely recommend?
Its something that could wait until finances become more permitting. I highly recommend it, BUT I would also begin looking for a good club with a talented training director.
They will be able to get you/keep you on track until such time as you can begin drive building in earnest.
We are definitely going to save up for this then. It may take some time since my wife was laid off last year and is still looking for work, but we are staying positive.
