If you had no green tripe, then I would cut it down to one leafy green and either moosh it into the meat or stir it into the yogurt. Then I would use another one, and then another one, proving to myself that the leafy greens were not the digestion problem.
I say this because (1) I do not agree that canids do not eat produce in the wild and so I do not withhold it from my dogs, and (2) the leafy greens were highly (very highly) unlikely to have been the trigger for upset in that mix. JMO.
"That said," I also think that you are doing fine by using green tripe as your produce. Better than fine. This is the form in which a wild canid would eat most of its produce (except that much of it would probably be as the innards of devoured-entirely rodents, rabbits, etc., as opposed to ungulate-insides, some of which might be eaten and some of which might not).
