I use one of those mini cuisenart (sp?) things for chopping, for me it's easier to clean. Neutral about nuts.
I do have one of those and use it often for some things, but find it so easy to get from "diced" to "slurry" with things like celery or apples... The hand slapper chopper gadget might work better for thost types of items.
Neutral on Vince's nuts? Come one Aimee! That's taking the easy way out!!

I have the pampered chef chopper. Have had it for years and love it but I use my food processor for dog veggies. I also have a "genious Nicer Dicer" and love it even more than the chopper. I make my dog veggies in 2-3 month size batches and freeze them so I dont have to mess with it that often.

Hmmm... this makes me realize I've been too lackadaisacle (sp?) about the dog veggies! Thanks for the reminder/inspiration.
