Shaniqua, I commend you for having a goal and being determined to achieve it, but please remember it takes time to make your dreams come true. I believe all the advice you have gotten here boils down to this: Now is the time in your life to be laying the FOUNDATION for all the things you want to do.
A college degree is never wasted. Look into grants, scholarships, get a part-time job and put yourself through school. There have been some great suggestions here, and I think a business degree would be a great idea. After all, you want to have your own business. Or, consider psychology or communications, since you will be dealing just as much and probably more with people as you will with dogs as a trainer, breeder and kennel owner. (And you said yourself you are not great at communicating with people.) I know someone who trains horses and gives riding lessions, and she got a teaching certificate in addition to her equine degree, just so she would have the skills to deal with her human students.
I can't think of anybody who started a successful dog training business at the age of 19. Becoming a skilled and well-respected dog trainer takes many, many years. You absolutely must show that you have trained and titled your own dogs, preferably in multiple venues. (If I remember correctly from your other thread, you recently acquired a new dog.) And while you're doing this, you need to become self-sufficient and financially independent of your wonderful grandparents.
None of what I've said is meant to discourage you from pursuing your dreams. I absolutely think you should pursue the things that make you happy, but please remember that a solid foundation must be laid, and that can take time. Best of luck to you.

Now ya'll are making me think I should go back to school . To bad I can't afford it...
Trust me I know the feelin'. Tuition here is going up 20% next year. Since this year it was $1500-$1800 a quarter for community college I gotta admit I'm gagging on the cost

Edit reason: Punctuation, it's what's for dinner.
School does not have to be college. There are a lot of great trade school (vocation and technology centers) out there if you are interested: Nurse, Health Care, Tech, IT, accounting, machining, Hair, etc.. Of course I loved college and recommend it to anyone who is interested. The FAFSA is the way to get money for college. Good Luck!
Go to school and get a business degree. You're going to need it if you want to run your own business.
This.
Katie wins today.
Katie, you are obviously Michael's favorite. I'm crushed. My business degree recommendation wasn't as good as your business degree recommendation and now my fragile ego is in the sewer. Oh! The inhumanity of it alllll!
