I'd probably want to drive down with JD so I don't have to worry about flying him with me and have to rent a car, too. That would take me another day and a half, probably.

So I think my hubby is going for it! He's at least listening and talking about where I might stay and that he'd drive down with me, visit his mom and then fly home.

What a wonderful hubby! How exciting!! I am sooooo jealous! Hurry start the planning!
And now I have a place to stay! One of my very dearest friends who I haven't seen since I moved has said she'd LOVE to have me and JD come and stay for the two weeks! That's one big chunk of $$ I now don't have to worry about.
Told one of my bosses today about taking the 2 weeks off, I'll tell the other one when she gets back from vacation :-)
Of course, no-one understands why I'd WANT to take a DOG OBEDIENCE course for 2 WEEKS??? Not even from a RENOWNED TRAINER!
Sheesh, but any one of them would send one of their kids to summer camp, wouldn't they?

That’s a bit of dream of mine too. He assessed Vincent at a weekend seminar up here in Canada, and was very clear, in his concerned and kind hearted manner, that he is not to be trained in bite work. But I’d love a couple of weeks of OB with him. Vince has come a long way too, I’d be really interested in his opinion on his progress.
His videos are incredible; I can’t imagine how much you’d learn in a couple of weeks.
