But thats what concerns me, that he's gotten the dog for all the wrong reasons. Wether or not he feels badly about what he has done previously, imo, doesn't make up for what he did to those other dogs. He doesn't deserve to own a dog. He lost that chance in my books.

No. His money, reputation, and priveledge led greed to override common sense. No second chances there... just the negative side of human nature.
Plenty of felons commit crimes far less than what he admitted to and was charged with. Plenty of felons don't have massive animal graves and obvious signs of animal torture on their property. Yet they aren't given second chances because they're 'bad people.' Don't get me started on how this asshat doesn't deserve anything that human greed has gotten him.

Well that's disturbing...yeah I'd love to know he has had a change of heart but just the fact its a Malinois "for his kids" pretty much has stupid and inconsiderate written all over it.
