Under the circumstances that you have described.... it doesn't sound like a very good set up for breeding.
You might get really lucky & not have your dog have any problems....but if she does....the odds of a good outcome are not very favorable for her.
Please, as Betty said....think long & hard about your decision.
I don't know about you....but for me to know that I could have caused any harm to my dog due to poor planning of a preventable event...would kill me.

In my many yrs with multiple dog I've always looked at breeding as being WAY to much responsibility.
If you looking to make a couple of bucks on selling pups, don't do it!
If you don''t start with above average to great dogs, don't do it!
If you don't have ten folks waiting for a possibility of 3-4 pups, don't do it!
If your bitch or stud doesn't have a great health record, don't do it!
If your not prepared for the fact that you could possible loose a pup or two, don't do it!
If you not willing to take back a pup/half grown dog/adult dog in order to find another excellent home for it don't do it!
If you not willing to actually rehab and retrain these returned pups/half grown dogs/adult dogs, don't do it!
If you think you bitch/stud is breed worthy then get the opinion of experts in the breed otherwise, don't do it!
I could probably go on but this should cover just a FEW reasons for NOT breeding.

Asit---What is the reason you have decided to breed your dog? I'm concerned that you've described several health issues with her that you have had trouble dealing with--especially inappetence. Adding whelping and nursing to this list isn't going to help her any.
Have you identified the male that you want to breed with your female?

Giving birth is really a crisis situation. The pups MUST come out or the female will die. 90% of the time things go well, but sometimes the bitch just can't do the job for one reason or another and you have just got to have help.
I would not consider breeding if there really is nobody who you can see if there is an emergency.

If she is just one year old, that is likely why she is shedding so much. She is loosing the soft puppy undercoat and developing her adult coat.
A female dog looses coat after whelping her puppies too, and after coming into heat, sometimes.
The TV dog star "Lassie" supposedly a female, was actually a male. I read someplace that a male collie's coat was much more predictable, stayed the same over the course of years, better for filming.
Of course that might not be true!
