My trainer has bred and trained some nice boxers - well balanced in Prey/Defense with some good, strong bitework. It's hard to find good ones around, though, but when you do they are quality dogs. He has a current litter that he's been trying to sell me on - if I didn't already have a GSD <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> Nice dogs, though.
Alan were are you located? Who is your trainer?Boxers are like any other breed you have good and not so good.I was at the boxer championship this year and there were a couple of very nice ones there.There were also some very nice younger boxers that I will keep my eyes on.There are some very good boxers, but here there are not that many working so a lot of people don't get to see what these dogs can do.But in europ just like with the GSD there is a biger gene pool to choose from so that makes it a lot easer to find a good one.

My trainer and I are in Chicago. His name is Adrian Moreno. He works a lot in French Ring and is a Lvl II decoy there, but he loves workking with his boxers. His bite development is really, really excellent as I'm finding with my 7 month old GSD.
