I read some of your other posts now, and it does seem like the dog needs a place that can really handle him. Also IMO it would be wise, kind, help limit your liability, etc., to tell whomever you have look at the dog and or potentially adopt the dog, know that the dog tried to bite someone in the face if this is the same dog. That does not necessarily suggest a dog that is suitable for placements such as search and rescue. Just my opinion.
A group called Family Dogs Northwest is a no-kill shelter btw that sometimes works with dogs with problems. I think it is in the Salem or Portland area.
I have seen this place on the internet. Don't know about it, but it looks like they know what their doing and do a good thing.
Do a search for NorthWest K9. Could be the right place and they are in Washington State so not so far away.
Northwest K9 is the place I am unable to get a response from, they only have email and they ask you to fill out the form and send it to them to recieve more information on having your dog tested. Too bad there is no address provided I could write to them.
I replied to your email I am hoping we can get together soon to have Ivan, the dog evaluated. Thanks, please check your email for my contact information.
Yeah, last I knew the Mr. thing was a sign of respect... and this fool is the last one here you should worry about that with. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
