Will: Not here. AC won't come out unless you have the dog contained, and it's during business hours (M-F, 9:00-5:00). They will come out after business hours, but ONLY if the dog is acting vicious, and they prefer you to already have it contained. They have dog traps, but rarely use them because they say that the dogs usually get out of them before they can be picked up.

I truly believe this was purly an accident. The owner has two GSDs that I guess are kept in kennels in the garage with the garage door slightly raised for air circulation. The times I've seen the dogs out have always been with their owner and though they are always off leash, they seem to be under their owner's control. Other than the one time the male was loose without his owner, these dogs have not bat an eye as I have passed by their property. Since the day the one got loose, the garage door has been kept only slightly open so the dogs could not squeeze out even if they escape their kennels. Were another escape to happen, then I would call authorities about it.
