TRACY: We are all with you.
Quote:
My vet believes it was poison. He told me not to expect much. Donut was comatose with dilated pupils and doesn't expect him to make it. Ava came in throwing up with diarrhea and foaming at the mouth. She collapsed ,right now the vet has done all he can. He sent me home and said he would call me early in the morning. The reason I know this was intentional is my neighbor brought her cat in about 30 minutes to hour ago. I don't know what's going on but my two dogs and my next door neighbors cat.
I can only imagine your pain right now. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you. I know that these are only words, and they are flat. But know that our hearts and prayers are with you and your dogs. All my best to you and your family.
Tracy keep your chin up. I will be praying hard tonight for you....I know words of comfort wont ease your worry, but Ive been there. Dont lose your faith, even if you never beleived in god pray hard right now. Have confidence they will pull through..dont give up hope. Concentrate on your pups, not on the person that did this to them...there will be a time and a place for that SOB.
My heart goes out to you.

Yes. Don't give heartroom or thought-room to the lunatic. Remember your dogs are being cared for. They're not aware of what's happening. They're being kept comfortable and as stable as possible. You did exactly what needed to be done.........thank God there was an emergency vet at that hour.
Just a thought here -- but you might want to have someone call any closeby neighbors with small children to notify them as well. What if this was a piece of cheese and not a piece of raw meat...

Tracy, I know we are all with you. Maybe you won't hear for a while, but we are thinking about you and Donut and Ava. The vet is keeping them as comfortable as possible........they are in the best hands possible.
