I'm still waiting for a Yorkshire Terrier O'Death as a cleint someday....
I once knew a guy who had a protection-trained Boston terrier. It was really interesting to see him (that is, the DOG, not the guy) come flying out of a car window, hit a sleeve in mid-air, and hold on as the decoy tried to shake him off. I'd say the little guy would have been, at least, a major distraction if you weren't suited up.

Funny you should think some 'Huskey's' are "dumb as a load of bricks". It's huskies. And, the first letter if a canine breed is not capitalized as it is not a proper name.......Can't wait to hear from the peanut gallery...
You'll note that there are authoritative arguments on both sides.
I do some copyediting for a publisher of textbooks and one of animal, farming, and basic DIY books, which means I have to use The Chicago Manual of Style (the editors' and publishers' guide) every day.
The CMS waffles a little on this, but leans in the direction of capitalizing.
In other words, this rule of usage is not fixed.
I do capitalize breed names, always, as do the two publishing houses I mentioned.
2. I've met individuals from most breeds who were "dumb as a load of bricks" (or a bag of hammers.......).
Hehe..thanks for everyone defending my English ( which is not my native language, so I'm going to make mistakes here and there), but with the amount of training information that I give here, I don't worry too much about perfect grammar ( I do my best and use a spell-checker, but if that doesn't catch it, oh well....)
Lisa, feel free to take over giving training advice if you don't like my English, I'm sure you're at least as qualified as me to do so, right?
Will, although you do give out a great deal of (FREE) training advice here, it isn't worth overlooking the occasional spelling error or grammatical mistake. Therefore, please refrain from publishing your book due to the possibility of a grammatical infraction.
BTW, for those who need me to explain...THAT WAS SARCASM.
And Connie...thanks. I didn't want to make that point without some kind of back-up for proof... and all my manuals are gathering dust in the garage.

Congrats on a job well done. I like the fact that you tell it like it is, no b.s. I love the pictures of your dog "smiling" (joke). Atta Boy!

EXCELLENT! I look at your site at least once a week and wonder "why doesn't that young whippersnapper finish this thing"! ....Make the nap a short one and get on that book!
Web site looks terrific Will, congrats on finishing it. Something looks familiar about that picture with the mal going over the A frame......
Interesting CV Will, some serious looking "snappers" there!
Your site is very easy on the eyes!!
And my sincere thanks to Connie S. and Judy T. for already catching some error's on the site.
Ladies, I owe you some dog training in exchange for that fine proof reading!
( Judy....your phone call is on the way! )
