I deleted this thread - because Castle started to call departments and complain and a friend asked me to change the thread because of Castles complaints.

Let me tell you something about Lou Castle.
In my opinion -on a scale of 1 to 10 - Castle is a minus 50.
He is an old school trainer thats lost in the 1970's.
In my opinion he argues to hear himself argue.
I don't like the man, I don't respect the man and I would not cross the road to hear one word out of his mouth.
Words of adv ice to anyone who reads the crap that Lou Castle wrote on my web board- it's exactly that B.S.
I made a mistake in allowing this fool to stay on my web board. No one can go and read his ranting and raving - there are 300 odd posts. No one can say I didnt give him a chance to say his peace.
But if you want my opinion of when he wrote- FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET !!!
Thanks Ed, no worries here, I follow your DVD's to the letter and love your work. The only issue I have with your site/store is that I didn't know about it earlier!
