It just sounds like Macy was overwhelmed with everything more than a flawed temperament. Back up a little bit and expose her to things a little more slowly. You may have to start when leaving the house for a walk. If she begins to show anxiety and fear over something stop and let her work through it. Wait for her to calm down and then move forward. Don't talk to her or console her you will more than likely reinforce the fear. Stay calm and reinforce being the pack leader. Patients is the key.

If you have to do something like sit in the front yard or on the side walk in front of your residence and let her soak every thing in would be good to do. take things in smaller steps and pay attention to her and try and conteract her fear and keeping her focused on you. If she starts to show fear, stop,redirect her attention, let her examine the situation and calm back down.

If she shows fear just going out the door now, take your time, let her figure out it is ok before moving forward. If you have to stand at the door a few minutes for her to settle that is ok. then move forward.
