Yep, we got cattle, and NOPE, no dice. We would have to kill and gut the cow here and then take it in for processing. It is rather irritating, but I won't lose any sleep over it......
I do get tripe from neighboring ranchers if they butcher at home and also if, during calving, a cow dies giving birth so I am not too concerned about it. I get enough to treat the dogs a few times a week.
