Well, you know that vomiting from overfeeding is more of a mechanical fixit than an ailment (in dogs).
So once she gets her slightly upset gut back to normal, I believe that she will be just fine.

Day three. So far, so good. I fasted her last night. Except for high value treats when we were training. Gave her about 2-3 oz of ground turkey this am.
She still hasn't pooped since night before last. Is this normal?

If you have not given her bones yet, then I would say this is normal. She is actually using the food you are giving her and her body is absorbing most of it.
You could give her a tablespoon of canned pumpkin (not pie filling) to help her if you like.
How big is she? I only ask because 2-3oz seems like a really small amount, but then I have large dogs too.....

She is about 6lbs. I am taking her out to have her weighed so I know exactly. I got mixed up on the math (you can read previous posts for the technical screw up) and over fed her yesterday. So, I think 2-3oz, twice a day is about right.
No bones yet. I am trying to gradually switch her. I have been giving her peanut butter kongs and one today with cream cheese. Plus the high value treats last night were left over steak.
I'll try to pumpkin if no poo by tonight.
Thanks,

You can also try a few dribbles of good fat (fresh olive oil, or a bit of the fat from the poultry if there is any) to get the poop going.
You are saying just 1.5 days of no poop, right? And she was fasted for part of that?

Yes. one and a half days.
Plus she just now threw up again and immediately ate it. It has been apx 4.5 hours since she was fed and apx 2 hours since the cream cheese kong.
When I take her outside she goes immediately to the place she threw up yesterday and tries to eat it (I was hoping the weather would take care of it, guess I'll have to clean it up).
Connie, I saw on another thread that you posted something about frothy vomit. Her's is frothy

Edit reason: added frothy

OHHHH!
That's different.
That's almost always (IME) an empty-stomach thing!
Kibble takes about three times as long as fresh food to be digested, so raw-fed dogs are far more likely to have an empty stomach more often.
You could go with three very small meals for a bit, tapering back to two, if you want.
I forget how old she is. Are you doing tiny sessions of motivational no-correction training with good-food treats? In her case, a bit of baked chicken breast for now would work well.
This also can help get over that empty-stomach thing.
I have had two dogs (seniors) who did that empty-stomach bile vomit often when first switched to fresh food, but it tapered off until they did it only when meals were unusually delayed.

Thanks, Connie,
I had been feeding her two meals per day as that was what she was on when I got her. Of course, that was with the kibble and also what they told me. They said she ate 1/2 of the small bag twice a day. Well, for me, she barely ate 1/4 at one feeding x 2 per day. That was the Natural Balance. If you remember, I was having a time trying to potty train her, too. She just wouldn't go. So I added some hamburger (cooked, I didn't know better then) and that made her want to eat, thusly, making her poo more. Then, I started reading about the raw, but was not convinced yet, so I got her some better grade of pouch when I couldn't find the Natural Balance, finally became frustrated (knowing I would eventually try raw) and made the big jump on (I think) Friday with raw hamburger. Fasted her Sat am. She wouldn't eat it Sat nite (raw ground turkey). Over fed her Sunday am. Fasted her Sun nite. Fed her this am 2 - 3 oz. Sun morning and this morning, she ate the ground turkey like she really liked it. This am with the smaller ration she kept going back to her dish to lick it. (She pulls the meat out of the dish.)
I hope I haven't gotten really screwed up.
Should I go ahead and feed her about 2 oz right now. Then tonight about 2 oz? And then go to 3 times a day.
Also, I guess you call it motivational training. I have been using left over rare steak for the treats to teach her to come, sit, working on down (that went a lot better last nite - toward the end of the session she was down but not completely) and place (which is still a little far off). So is that motivational or does that mean something else?
She is 7 mo and no corrections on the training. Only corrections are pulling on leash while walking, jumping and biting.
Sorry for the long post, trying to get in all the info.
Thanks.

If it was nothing but bile (yellow froth), then yes, why not try three small meals for a few days.
And the little bits of steak.... great! The reason I brought up treat-reward training on the feeding forum was that those lil bits can keep the stomach from reacting to unaccustomed emptiness with that bile vomiting.
But if you would like some marker-training hints, you will find a marker article on Leerburg at
http://leerburg.com/markers.htm
No, nothing is screwed up! You are simply starting on a new thing and working out the kinks.
