He loves toys and I tried that to get him to heel but ofcourse that hasn't worked.I bet this PB will do the trick though if that don't I'm betting the wooden spoon will.

The key though is just like Ingrid said with the watch command. You need to work Attention first, no movement. Also a clear release is helpful. When your dog can sit and focus on your face for 15 seconds or so thats when you start steps. What have you been doing?
