Shelve the e-collar for awhile and go back to basics. .... I say this because all the Sit means Sit trained people I've met know very little past escape/avoidance training using an e-collar. That has it's limits and really is not fair to the dog. You don't have to constantly stim a dog to get an obedient partner.
