The vet suggested Pepcid AC. Here is the Rx:
Clavamox 250 mg 1 per 12 hrs w/food
Metronidazole 250 mg 3/4 per 12 hrs w/food
Tramadol HCL 50 mg 1 per 8 hr
Sucralfate 1g 1/2 in a slurry per 6 hrs 30 mins before food/meds
Pepcid AC 10 mg 1 per 12 hrs.

Please don't forget not to feed raw to a dog on antacids.
Aha! Did not know that! Ok, will wait till she is off Pepcid AC till trying raw. Will feed cooked chicken and beef instead, increasing the amount added to rice and decreasing the rice (supposed to start the switch to usual diet in 3-4 days).

... BTW, why no raw with antacids?
The two huge canine weapons against the colonization of food pathogens: short fast digestive system, and super-caustic stomach acid. So I don't want to unnaturally slow the digestion (like with kibble added to raw) or modify/decrease that acid.
One thought that has crossed my mind. What about giving something like a Gas-X pill if you fear the dog is in bloat, maybe on the way to the Vet?
I know this may sound a bit strange, but I wonder if this would help ease some of the gas until you get to the emergency vet?
The Extra strength has 125 mgs of Simethicone.
Just thinking from a "what would help" perspective until you can see the ER.
