I have never seen the show, and my connection is too slow to watch the clip, but my daughter tells me it is hilarious, will watch it on my screen at work tommorrow where the speed is better!

I used the HCG and lost about 60lbs a year ago but I have been doing more training and school than watching what I eat so I can't say it was complete success, maybe half.
It is all about retraining the brain...

And so that you don't feel an "Oops moment" over your mistook pm I will add here that it is really great to hear of someone who has hit the -60 mark! Mainly because that is how much more I need to go to be at pre-baby weight, though the youngest is 3 so I can no longer blame them It is not easy so my hat is off to you!

Lol! It came to a head in the summer when he met up with a load of mates he hadn't seen for a while, and they are all gym fanatics and buff, so he hit the diet, and got down from 13 stone to 11 in a few months, now he has to maintain this new way of eating, when he finished basic training he was as fit as a butchers dog, all that beasting and they came out like tooth picks!
