Thanks guys. Biopsy was today - hope to have results on Thurs. She's definitely gained weight (several pounds) in the past week, so I'm taking that as a positive sign

Connie - I relied heavily on that cancer diet webpage when I was shopping last night. I got Zora some yogurt, cottage cheese, beef heart, and some pork fat (and some canned pumpkin to help her digestion).
She's extremely tired, which is something that's come on rapidly just in the past week, but she's still managing to get large meals down, even if it's not with the speed that she normally eats.
If there's anything I've learned about her in all this time, it's that she's full of surprises and that she has a strong will. Case in point: this morning I had to go to a meeting so I didn't feed her a full meal before I left - just about a tablespoon each of pumpkin, yogurt, cottage cheese, and canned food. When I went back this afternoon, she was hungry and perked up when I started getting her food ready. She ate about 3 oz of pork fat along with 8 oz of Nature's Variety venison patty and then looked at me like she still wanted more. So I then gave her several more chunks of pork fat, a couple oz of beef heart, and 1-2 oz of ground pork. She ate it all, so that's a pretty large meal. I was surprised, but she really is often full of surprises.

Shockingly, after looking like she was so exhausted she could barely get up on Mon and Tues, she started to rally a bit yesterday and now today is more like her normal self again.
It's very up and down right now. Waiting for the vet to call with results...

Great news - current info is that it looks like it's benign! That's not a 100% sure thing but so far so good. I've got to call and schedule an appnt with an oncologist tomorrow and hopefully she'll have surgery sometime next week if their diagnostics look good. Merry Christmas everybody!
