Thanks CJ, I have more photos of the dogs than I do the kids, not sure how they feel about that...... that's a big fat lie, it really pushes their noses out of joint
...I'd be hard pressed to dig out a picture of the son too and the only new grand baby pics I've got are actual pictures they've had done professionally. Well, I think there might be a couple mixed in amongst some dog pics somewhere. That’s bad.
We've got a few signs around our house but a big one that says "We got rid of the kids, the dog's were allergic." He doesn’t care for that much either.
One of my friends commented the other day that I have no pictures of my family on Facebook; only my dog. And there's a problem with that??? I enjoy my dog more than my family most days.
This morning when I started work (I work at a racetrack) it was 15C (59F) which was great working weather for humans and horses.
This afternoon they are calling for 33 C (91F) with a humidex of 58% making it feel like 39C (102F). All the horses have their own individual fans but the stalls are still sweltering hot. And like a few people have already mentioned; it’s only May!!! Can't wait for summer heat. NOT!
My nephew is on his way back to Whistler next month, he usually alternates winter as a ski tech/snowboard instructor one year, then down hill mountain biking marshal the next year for the summer, hope he has lost some of the blubber he had when I saw him a couple of months back, or that heat is going to kill him
