It's a little above flush. The wee wee is there. The jiggly stuff is not hanging on both sides of it but it's still there too. Not nearly as full in the back either.
One more day of antibiotics and the vet said to give it a week after that.
So still a full sheath but not nearly as bad as it was. The lump seems a tad smaller too.

Connie, he's good.

Meaning to expect further improvement after the antibiotic protocol?
I think I would consider taking a picture every day, same time of day. Took me decades to learn this, but at least I finally did ..... it's very hard to be sure that "it looks better (or worse) today" without that photo reference.
Starting the last day of the antibiox protocol might be perfect.
Yeah, not sure exactly why she wanted the extra week. He was pretty full, maybe she felt it would need three weeks to absorb. They also talked about extracting some of this fluid. Maybe it needs a week for the antibiotics to get out of his system. I really have no idea.
She said two weeks of the drugs and then give it a week before I call. Good point, should have asked. We were in there for quite a while and the little monkey was ready to go, as was I.
The pictures idea is good. Will start that.
Bob is also checking him (yeah, he had a bit of dignity to swallow there) but like you say, it's so minimal at times, it's hard to tell what's going on. I really need the second set of feelers. He also feels it's gone down quite a bit.
It may just be a slow process, whatever it is. There is definitely less of the jiggly stuff from when we started and the wee wee is starting to show. So it's progressing in the right direction.
Thinking way way back I remember a big dog who was run over by a 4 wheeler (small all-terrain type vehicle) who had edema like you describe. We concluded that the tire just grabbed skin, prepuce, and didn't actually run over the dogs abdomen.
