Call it proximity. I have not seen or heard anything good about him. If he is as good as you say he is an asset to the breed. Would love to see the videos of him. He does have an impressive pedigree though.
Are you guys talking about Tom zPs (Cordon x Axa) or the Tom (Grim x Klara)? I have seen both Tom's work and I liked the older Tom better. Don't think you mean Tom zPs out of Bont and Ora:-)?
I mean Tom PS CMKU/22843/95/98. The Cordon son <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> Tom PS CMKU/31829/97/99, he's the Grim son yeah? Was his mum, Klara PS, the older one or Klara PS the younger one? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I have Tom PS (Grim son) down as being owned by the Police. Was he recently bought by them? Reason I ask is that he is ZVV3. It's very rare for the police to put much time into more than just basic titles. They just seem to breed survay and minimum title (ZVV1 or IPO1).
In regards to Norbo, if he continues to stud at the same rate he will have about 20 breedings per year. This is not too bad at all. They have alot of dogs in Czech that are good so they have many choices. Frankie Anrebri had 10 breedings in only 2 months. He is a good looking dog so that helps.
Chris,
There is at least 5 Klara zPs'. I saw Tom's mom when I was in Domazlice. If you refer to the "older Klara", she can't be the mom, she was born in 1978.
z Jirkova dvora is still active.

Hello:
I'm looking for some help with Czech bloodlines, if anyone can help I appreciate it, but maybe Hanna can help me since she is the resident expert (smile). About the Tom zPS (son of Cordon An-Sat). Can you tell me anything about him? I am looking into Czech bloodlines and I'm almost at a lost, there are so many dogs out there and quite a few of them have the same names. I heard that Cordon An-Sat was a great dog, I don't know if he is even still alive, but I heard that he produced very good dogs. Also, are there still quite a few good Cordon or Grim zPS sons that are still available or are almost all of these dogs gone by now? I'm just looking to lear about some bloodlines that will produce good Service K9's that do not have extreme "rank" and "dominance" issues. Anyone willing to point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
Regards

Cordon was born in 1986 so I don't think he is still around. There is plenty of Grim and Tom progeny around and some are quite young. I don't know that Grim is still being bred, he was born in 1992 but Tom is. Tom was born 1996. There is just too many off spring from these dogs to start listing here, but they are out there. I really like Tom, he was great in everything he did. Excellent courage, fast, good bite, good retrieve. Never seen him track so can't comment on that. And he is good looking also, big strong bone. I am sure you can still find some Grim kids that are young enough, Todd has one.
I would like to cast a vote for Gita z Lipin SchH3, FH. She's a Grim daughter, that always has full, hard, calm grips. Tracking has been mostly V's, & the obedience is getting better all the time. She just turned 4yrs old, & my T.D. raised her from a puppy.
