Connie,
I think they've remastered and released a solo concert(?) (tour?) he did in England circa 1966 or earlier. The one song I've heard from it was the best rendition of Sugar Mountain I think he's ever done.
Very small venue/s, the lack of the forth coming fame and fortune makes the whole alblum very personal, that is if 'Sugar Mountain' was a good sampling.
I loved the Ray Charles song and watched it twice. Smiled at how grey he is getting and wondered at the miracle of how he is getting older but I am not...
My dear buddies at Leerburg; I am coming out of the closet.
I like Lee Greenwood and I love this song. Some of the graphics are cheesy, but the photos bring tears to my eyes.
I have all my teeth, and no tattoos, although do contemplate getting one in memory of my dear son. (It would be a bear's paw.)
I'm a person of faith, but not so much of organized religion, but am perfectly fine if you are as long as you don't try to shove it down my throat.
I have black friends and lesbian friends and lost a dear brother who was gay, to AIDS. Miss him terribly and respected him enormously; he was incredibly intelligent, extremely funny and loved me like a good brother should.
I believe global warming is a fabricated hoax to make some people incredibly wealthy, but have many dear friends who believe otherwise.
The only time I can imagine using my guns is to protect their right to believe differently than do I.
Deep sigh. Okay... I'm out.
I sincerely hope you will still tolerate me give me advice on how to be a better trainer for my knuckleheaded dog.
I like Lee Greenwood and I love this song. Some of the graphics are cheesy, but the photos bring tears to my eyes.
I love that song too Barbara! But I also love the Ray Charles song as well. I am just a very sentimental person, with a lot of pride for the USA. I get tears seeing all the troops in battle.
I so deeply appreciate their service!
I loved your thoughtful post Barbara! Cheers to you!
