I do plan to take Winger flying at about 3 months so he can get used to the airplane (he's taken quite well to the car). I will use what are called "mutt muffs" which are hearing protectors for dogs as well as a special harness for the airplane. I believe those are made by Ruffrider. In any case, in our pilot community we have many, many pilots who fly with their dogs and those that do it regularly have dogs that are so accustomed to flying that they just fall asleep. ------------ Marc

Sounds like you're more than prepared for your new co-pilot!! I want pictures if he ever starts to "float around" in the cabin though! ~Natalya
