Just because they are board members does not mean they always know what they're doing. Take me, for example. I'm a member, and almost always wrong. I could be wrong now. I think Bonnie posted because her friends do not realize they have a bad situation at hand, and are in the wrong. If they don't feel they're in need of improvement, they won't feel the need to ask for help. That's why she posted for them, in hopes of opening their eyes. If that's not the case, then hopefully they do come asking for help. I certainly read this board long before posting for fear of hurtful remarks. The best teachers for most people are the ones that are encouraging, not condescending. I didn't realize it was a bad thing to try and help her friend.

Sadly, posts like this are one of the reasons that I post so rarely nowadays.
I've posted here thousands of times, and I hope that I've given good, solid advice most of the time.
