I was so excited when I saw Barbara's face for the first time on fb. So THAT is Falcon's Mom. I'd recognize the dog face to face, but not the person, until I 'friended' her on FB!
Well you just convinced me to get a new pic up there! I'm 45 pounds lighter as we speak so I need to show off my skinnier face!
I'm jealous Barbara- GOOD JOB! I need to loose weight. Time to go work the dog more.

Are you doing anything special or just mainly diet and exercise?
Not to hijack, but both Doug and I began Medifast in April; the 20th for me, the 23rd for Doug. As of this AM, we have lost 101.5 collectively. It has been easy, we both love it and the weight will NOT be coming back into the house. If it does, I'll ne the nekkid fat girl 'cause I've given all my clothes away as I grew out of them!

I love how Woofers FB page has apx 40 more 'likes' or fans, or whatever then it did before this contest. Hahaha. I knew Leerburg would pull through for us!!! (and you'd all love the shop. The owners are fantastic. Big 'natural' feeders, and they do a GREAT job educating the general public on why Iams, Purina, etc are not really the go-to food choice anymore. Jon does bird dog trials with his lab, and is fairly old school.... he calls me a cookie trainer... lol, but is a great guy, and helps all kinds of people with the out of control dogs that come in. He just recently held a 'teenage dogs in trouble' basic OB class. )
Anyways, YES Jamie, many of our FB pages have a high concentration of dog stuff. Infact, I'll admit, I'm friends with a few dogs and horses. (Some of you know of a GSD named Danke... she's got a FB!) I love it. Today, a new FB friend told me that Koenig and I were and inspiration to her. To get out and train. WOW. Couldn't hardly believe that!!!! I feel inspired by so many of the people here. Makes me aspire to train more, train better, but not forget to love my dog.
