He knows, "bring 'em" which means go out around whatever is to be herded and bring it towards me...
Essentially our equivalent of " away to me ". But we don't have direction on that, sadly.
I never saw much point, with cows, on telling him which direction to approach from. He worked out for himself how to use the fences and cattle that were most likely to respond to him and start the motion.
And he knows "go", which means drive these cows forward, when he and I are together behind them.
That's all, in the herding department.
