Little Aja is 15 weeks old now (pssst, Will, her ears are continuing to grow faster than the rest of her)
Here are a couple of videos:
Video 1: Aja and Taro on a hot lazy summer afternoon - as you can see, Taro is far too patient for his own good when it comes to the little terror...
Video 2: Aja at 13 weeks - includes footage of Aja fighting with a large leafy branch, of her chasing Taro around the yard for a pork riblet (he can never eat in peace with her around, heehee) and of her at the park. (Large file, over 100 MB!)
She's growing a lot and is as happy and pushy as ever. She already loves fighting on the tug. The rougher the fight the more tenacious she gets. I can swing her around (gently) on the tug and she'll hang right on, even with all four feet flying off the ground. When I let her win, she charges right back to me and SHOVES the tug into my legs for more fighting
Drive-building work is very hard on me because Aja is very impatient and will attack and bite me if I withhold the prey item for too long. Basically, I'd better let her have the tug after 2 or 3 "misses"... otherwise the puncture wounds start :O
Yeesh... my 15-month-old male (who is a prey monster) seems almost bashful in comparison to this little monster!!!
Here are a few photos of her in closing (13 weeks old in these - she's now noticeably larger at 15 weeks. Her ears are twice as big (!) and are perfectly straight. I'll have to get updated pics soon...)

Yuko, she's so beautiful!
And Taro sounds like he's really a saint for taking such intense pestering in stride! What a big happy family! (take care of those puncture wounds :eek

Natalya, thanks!
Taro is such an oddball. He is NOT good at all with children and puppies. He always demands that his personal space be respected so pushy puppies make him grumpy (same with grabby children).
Aja on the other hand... well, she's so sweet and adorable that it's impossible not to fall in love with her. And to put up with her attacks. Even Taro can't resist her cuteness, apparently
She's the only puppy that he will tolerate like that and whose company he actually enjoys... but yes, he can be really sweet and gentle when he wants to be
Carol: heehee, glad you approve!
So do we get to see updated photos of your little alligators? Love watching those sables grow - they're unrecognizable from week to week with the colour changes they go through, lol.

Aja does look hard to resist! Taro is amazing with her. Don't think I would be so lucky if I brought a pup home....especially with the pork riblet
I enjoy the updates,

Hi Yuko - great videos. Aja looks like a wonderful pup - I love the part with her and the branch!
Poor Taro and the riblet, I hope he finally got to eat it in peace!

Very cool Yuko! I love how puppies can look completely innocent and full of trouble at the same time. I noticed she was eye-balling the rabbits as well! Heh.
I'm so jealous. Well, I'm not jealous that you have to get up early in the morning, but still....oh man, I want another puppy. Nice to see Taro in action as well.

OK. I dont feel so bad now. It's been the UFC at my house for weeks now. RJ is trying to kick Roscoe's butt on a regular basis. I just get concerned when SR puts the little guys' whole head in his mouth knowing what he is capable of. It sounds like two Tazmanian devils in a pillowcase. At least Aja has some fair play in her. What a sweetheart. RJ's just a di** :-)
