The biggest reason I chose to jump to demon-ghost was because this family (all members) have told me about different "sightings" of "tall men with black hats" coming to the door and never making it there and other strange happenings. Also they are not all "there" if ya ask me. I knew the dogs they had a few years ago and one of them was a bit strange, not to be trusted.
Now one thing that did catch my eye was someone said something about a laser. They used a laser all the time with a cat they had before (don´t know if they have it still) so it would not surprise me if that was it. Unfortunately I can´t ask her any questions because I was asked not to talk to her due to other reasons(not that I would want to anyway).
I myself believe there are demons and ghosts however I try to keep my mind on better things and I don´t "enjoy" entertaining the idea even though I believe they exist. Also I don´t like to be scared of night or dark cause I walk a lot at night. Also I rule out the idea of mice-rats-bugs because I know these people would REALLY have checked into this. Super clean people.
Anyway thanks all... I enjoy learning new things even if it has nothing to do with me Also just taking advantage of the internet while I have it, saving info for a better answer when people ask me.
Knowing that a laser pointer has been in the house, that is where I would start. GREAT call, Aaron.
That, or a neurological problem.
Now, after all these stories, I'm going to try to build up the courage to step foot off the bed to go take a leak. Probably sleep with the TV on. I hope Turbo sees dead people and will let me know if I need to peek my head out from under the covers.
(I was 5---with Grandpa. Man, did he get in trouble.)
Meredith, it sounds like you had an awesome grandpa. Did he let you eat junk food too?
Oooo .. . this thread creeped me out. Thought it was going to be more funny wild-eyed dog pictures... wrong.
No demon or possession stories but my grandpa also had a sick sense of humor. I blame him to this day for my love of horror movies and hot, spicy food. He loved to watch his little granddaughter squeal in pain when he fed her hot pickles instead of the sweet ones I loved so much.
At some point I vowed he would not get that pleasure and to this day, I cook with a ton of hot spices (much to hubby’s chagrin at times) and I still can’t get it hot enough for my liking. Must have burnt some taste buds along the way.
