It will be interesting to see all the political spin put on this over the next year. Everyone is going to want to take credit in some way.
You are right on that one.
This is a dent, a good one but there are more. They keep churning out the terrorists; we still have work to do. I always believed Pakistan was hiding him. You can't have a need for dialysis and be living in a cave.
And of course they'll call him a martyr...but we are dealing with a bunch of excuse making low lifes...it's to be expected.
Also, India and Pakistan? Not even close...I've never lumped those two together and don't understand why anyone would.
I'm with Mr. Frawley on this one...I hope they shoved a pork sandwich in this mouth before tossin him off.
ALL the people out in the streets reveling. How many times have we watched "them" gather in the streets cheering a terror attack, or the death of another US soldier?
FINALLY they get to turn on the news and watch us cheer the death of one of them.
Osama was a horrible person, and I'm glad we don't have to worry about him anymore. Personally, this is the last time I will make mention of him in written or spoken word. He doesn't deserve the thought, attention, or memorium.
However, living in the TRi-State New York-New Jersey area you guys have not idea the jubilation in this area. Unfortuinately almost every one of us has a strong connection to someone who was murdered on 9/11.

That's really offensive to me, as a Jew.
I'm sure it's equally offensive to the many Muslim men and women I served with in uniform.
I have heard several equally offensive comments and you are(of course) absolutely right.
It's overwhelming emotion, and it's against one individual, and I know we can do better to keep it that way. Please let's be really careful about saying things like this, and let's all try to remember where it comes from .....
Aaron, thank you for saying that so calmly.
Thank you for allowing us to move past it and to become alert against offending or slandering a religion or a culture on this day when we express relief about this individual whose extremism was responsible for such horror.
