Maybe that is it. But I'm thinking Tammy may be closer to the truth in her post. Either way it's a PITA.
Many folks are saying that they don't even want to sign on here anymore. They are sick & tired of seeing these stupid kinds of threads multiple times a day.
Squeaky wheel gets the grease. Know what happens when you quit greasing it? Damn thing will finally fall off.
I suggest not responding, in any way - to the friviloious, mind numbing posts. If one person has already said "google" or whatever - it is not necessary for the rest of us to jump in and express, over and over, our frustration over these types of posts. It is obviously not having an effect except to provide an opportunity to vent - but it is not changing the situation.
Unless this dog is in a real crisis medically or there is a sincere training question in which I have the impression the advice is going to be implemented, I'm simply not "going here" anymore. As frustrating as it is, we can't help everyone. Not everyone is really open to advice, they just want to talk. And talk. And talk.
