unfortunately it has been awhile since i have posted due to time restraints.. so i have been a lurker/reader for the most part :rolleyes:

Hi. I'm not really 'new' to the forums because I've been lurking for a while now but I have free time so...
Anyway, this is my big guy, Riley, when he was 2 years old. He is now going to 8. He's a Japanese Spitz / Philippine Native Dog mix. I've had him since he was born, owned his mother, had a good friendship with his father, romped in my childhood days with his grandmother and great grandmother, and was mortally afraid of his supposedly ferocious grandfather. All in all, this is a dog with my life's history written in his blood. I am with him now in Canada, thank God; this is one great dog--a dog who has not seen me for five years yet continued to obey me without hesitation while ignoring everyone else, a dog who was marked as fearsome as his forefathers and whose face is covered with scars, who has never turned from a fight, yet is gentle as a lamb when asked to be, and would ignore all distractions when I ask him to come to me. I have never known a more loyal or courageous dog...

This is My 7yr old Kaylynn Duhon who badly wants to be a trainer. She as enlisted her Toy Rat Terrier as her first training prospect.
