Thanks Amber,I was hoping it was something like that. I just never heard of a couch potato pupy . Today I tried a little different method. I took the tug with us and got him fired up with it before we walked. He was much better about it. I also want to try a different route. I've only had him since Wed. and I think he may have gotten spooked the first night we walk that route. He loves it when we get there. As soon as we get to the grass he runs and rolls over in the grass and we have a great time.
Hi Ed, my pup Eisso's sire is Milano Zur Worringer Rheinaue and his mom's name is Elke Von Dramill-hof. The sire is imported from Germany, the mom was born here in the Philippines. I didn't mind havin an imported pup really, I just looked at his line breeding and found that he is soundly bred to the Ulk Von Arlett lines: wonderful temperaments, nice, fast and compact. I don't know if it's wishful thinking, but his head is looking much like his sires: black-masked like his dad Milano, his grand daddy Flipp Von Arlett and his great grand dad Ghandi Von Arlett. Check his line at Pedigree Database, they're all wonderful dogs. I highly recommend getting Von Arlett lines.
Mojo and I are settling into a routine and he doing very well. I need to get second set of puppy shots soon. The breeder gave the first set and used Intervet Progard-Puppy DPv Distemper and Parvovirus.
Should I find a VET that used the same exact drug manufacture?
The safe answer is yes, I know, but I allready took him to a VET for a check-up and would like to use them again.
Thanks Cindy, yes I have read it and plain on a very minimal vaccine approach. I was going to follow Dr. Jean Dodds schedule. Here in Henderson, Nevada I need rabbies vacine before I can register him. They have a 3 month old or 30 days from receiving the pet to get registered and rabbies shot or you pay a fine. What they don't know won't hurt them, I just bought him in July, 07, . I plan on waiting until he is at least 6 months old before I register him/rabbies shot.
It's been two weeks since I had Mojo at the Vet for a check-up. He weighed in at 14.1 lbs. I stopped by today and he now weighs in at 19.0. 5 lb gain in two weeks! He seems to have had a growth spurt! He turns 12 weeks Sat.
In other news he is food driven, no doubt about it. He likes praise but nothing gets him move faster than a hot dog treat. He is also on the stuborn side. Comes running when called, but he just looks at you when you don't have a treat for him most of the time. He sits well, learning the down. I just started to discipline him when he refuses to come. Seems to be working better.

Yeah puppy growth spurts. Wookie was 24.3 at his 13 week visit and yesterday he was 32.8 at 16 weeks. 8+ in three weeks.
I'm beginning to get worried about Mojo's aggression toward other people. It seemed to start after he becomes comfortable in his surroundings, anyone that approaches us he goes nuts, barking, growling lunging at them as they walk by.
I live in a condo, with a large yard out front. I began taking him there on day one, about three times a day. It started one day after maybe two weeks after I got him. Some guy walked by and he started barking at him. I didn't think much of it. Then the neighbor walks by and again flipped out. Sometimes he doesn't do anything but look at them walking by. However over the last few days he seems to bark at everyone. Before when I take him out he was very shy of people, now he's beginning to bark at people all the time wherever we are. I've tried the leash pops but he doesn't seem affected by it. I know he's to young for a prong collar. Should I do the scruff of the neck disipline to try and get him to calm down or just wait and see how it goes. He's as aggressive as a 13 week old GSD can be.
