And now, it would be fabulous if we could go back to training questions and answers, and take feelings and frustrations about and defense of the manner of responding to Kumbaya.com.

More clarification maybe) Flat out insulting intelligence? the one post I saw that may have been a bit on the harsh side (and he just has that way about him) was Randy. And he wasn't insulting your intelligence in any way, shape or form! He was trying to state (in his own way) every dog is different and you don't have to be as strict with some (alpha wise) as other's. You are going to get a tonne of different answers and opinions on here. We are sometimes not a subtle bunch and some will come across as harsh. Don't complain....TRAIN!!!
