Ah. You were supposed to, but didn't. Good!
Only healthy dogs (yes, completely recovered) should be vaccinated. This is part of the vax package insert.
You might also read want to up on the subject. That would be a different thread (topic) here on the board, but it's great that you thought of it and did not do it.
Michel, you are dealing with a persistent problem here. It might help if you keep a journal where you record everything that might be relevant: what Karly ate, how much and when, what kind of stool and when he went, any medications, when and how he slept, activity level, and anything unusual.
How sad your pup looks! Hope to see happier pictures of him soon!
hey ana.
i think i should do the diary thing. this thread is kinda keeping score of what s been going on.
m counting on the meds this week to get his stools back to the brown tootsie rools that i havent had the pleasure of seeing yet!
the thing is, he s doing fine. his energy levels are off the roof. it s just the poop thing and HE S SUPER SKINNY! !#%$%$^$#
btw he s teething now. matter of face, he dropped 2 baby teeth today. kennel's like that might be another cause for diarrhea. i feel he s bull****ing me bigtime. everytime i tell him about the persistent runs he s like "it s TOOOTALLY NORMAL" and scoffs. makes me not wanna trust him at all.
Happier pictures very soon! and more buffed up ones!
- smaller size, still mushy, light & dark brown.
couple of drops of watery stool in the end.
could it be possible that some dogs dont digest rice? i understand that grain can be a problem but is rice a grain?
side note: karly is finally fetching (actually getting the toy back to my lap!) m so proud! m so happy that i m actually doing the training this time (had a collie when i was a kid that was sent away for trainig). i feel a bond that s happening bigtime!
today a couple of people called him to pet him (wasnt gonna let that happen anyway), he didnt even react and looked at me instead! i LOVE those tiny moments
