Don't sweat it. This is ED'S board and ED is not a stickler for spelling and grammar! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Originally posted by Mieta: But other than protecting others, how does kenneling alow her to control herself? That's not the point. The point is that tying a dog out creates frustration, much much much more so than kenneling ever will. A chain link kennel run with a shelter for her to retreat into will provide her with more of a sense of security and safety than a tie-out, which leaves her open to anything and everything that might attack her or intrude upon her space (hmmm, fight vs. flight???). With a tie-out, she is physically restrained, with a kennel, she is contained. Big difference.
Oh, and Caniche, spelling is one of my pet peeves!!!!
Caniche... if my dogs were any smarter they'd be bent on world domination... You may remember that my older dog was once caught trying to start my car! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
Oh yes.....the delinquent!!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
He was probably trying to steal/start it so he could:
A) sell it for spare parts and $$$ so he could retire somewhere warm with some nice bitch
B) go for a joyride and pick up some bitches
C) take it for an oil change, tire rotation and that new muffler
D) get some gas (and those bad jerky treats they sell at the gas bar)
E) B and D
What can I say? I'm awake and sharp today! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Must be that cappucino with the triple shot of espresso and the double dark fudge delicious brownie I had!!! Boing!! Boing!! Boing!!
Doesn't your "retiree" have a maseusse? Haven't you sent him to a day at the spa? Does he wear those cool Men In Black sunglasses? How about a spiked leather coller? Is his bitch submissive or dominant? Crack the whip? Tequila for two? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
