Stupid me, I erased it. If I see it again, I'll note the details.
I just watched every anti-drug commercial and didn't see any dogs, so either its one they didnt post on the campaign website yet or it's a different campaign or something different entirely. If you come accross it again shoot me a PM or something with details, most commercials can be found online somewhere.

it doesn't look like serious training.
Anything a dog does that gets well rewarded IS TRAINING (CONDITIONING). To the dog...there is no difference between serious or fun training. His result was a potent reward.
The dog thinks, "Cool! If I see a suit on the other side of a car, and I get sent from afar, I'll get a really good bite if I go through the car. Thanks handler. I understand clearly."
I would not want my dog to consider going through a car THE WAY TO A BAD GUY on the other side of a car.
Hey Ivan...if you're talking wow factor...there's no question: I like to see a dog go over the car.
But I'll admit...if I see a dog splatter against a car window, while running at 40 kph, I´ll yell, "Wow!" for sure, and a whole bunch more expletives (bad words) to the idiot that trained the dog to go through a car at 40 kph.
Don´t worry about the dog.
Video was inspired by the french video.
My husband did the excercise twice, both on the video. Dog could make a choice him self. Other dogs in the same trainingsession made the choice to go around the car
Normal trainingsession with cars is more like this:
in the car
or on the car

The best way to show people pics of your dogs is to put them into something like "photobucket" and provide a link.

Oh how cute! I wanna play with him! That's the kinda training I like decoying for! Makes things more interesting than standing on a field
How does the decoy get up on the roof of the car with that big bitesuit on!? I've done bitework on the roof of cars before wearing a hidden sleeve, I think I'd fall off wearing the whole suit! Good thing it's padded!

Decoy is already on the car (I believe) and the dogs must come over the front side from the car.(motorkap..wat is dat in het engels?) and bite into the decoy.
Inside the car are diffrent variaties. From the back of the car, through the window, or set by the handler.

Selena, I like your dog. Congratulations.
thx Andres. He is my husbands dog. The only dog (from the 10)I can´t handle. He is far to intense and only obeys my husband.
@ Mike, I really didn´t exacurate when I described Spike His mother, in her younger years, was also like this. Now she´s 10 yrs. and a bit easier, that´s why I can handle her. And besides she´s a little bit smaller, so the fysic part is easier for me.

Well then I should probably be thankful I didn't get a dog from you One day I would like to have a dog like that though... I don't mind having a dog that wants to eat everyone, but right now it would be a little too difficult to cope with. I am very curious about how my Vastenow pup will turn out, this is the problem with "ordering" a puppy -- you have 3 months to sit around thinking about it But from what I hear about the Vastenow dogs, I should be very happy with her.

Mike...if you have good genetic material (low predatory response threshold, territoriality, tendency towards social dominance, sharpness, stamina, agility, health) to begin with, you can make your dog try to eat everyone...but that should not be an objective, except for MAYBE SWAT dogs...and that's a big MAYBE.
By the same token, if you have a dog that comes from very sharp...or intense...or social/aggressive lines, you can do A BUNCH to make that dog civilIZED.
The way the pup is raised is what will make the difference.
Puppy "picking" is at best difficult, and commonly... unreliable.
In order to make it less unreliable, it must be the breeder (and a very honest, observing and knowledgeable one at that)
that does the "picking".
