SCSARDA is hosting a Jonni Joyce water seminar limited to 8 dogs on Jan 21 & 22 at Lake Keeowee SC near Oconee nuclear plant.

We have access and this is a place our divers know well and there are warm areas without much turbulence.

We have two openings, GREAT divers (we have trained with them 4 times already (the last time in 42 degree water!), a scent tube with a quick release and float, but no scent pump. We also have a stable Jon boat with a great platform and trolling motor. After 4 times we have become efficient and are averaging 4 sets of 3 passes per dog per day. The divers do not have rebreathers; we have not had an issue with alerts on visual bubbles.

Dogs teams at any level are welcome.

The cost is $250 which is as low as we can go to cover room and board for everyone (including the dive team) Lodging will be available in a rental house Friday night and Saturday night. We make HOT food for dive days.

The nearest airport is Greenville-Spartanburg SC but also within driving range are Atlanta GA, Athens GA, Asheville NC, Charlotte NC, and Columbia SC.
