I bought a 3lb package of unbleached tripe at WallMart and when I opened it, I realized it was intestine and not the stomach. Is the intestine of a cow good for anything? Where do I get green tripe?

Most of the stores in my area will only order in bulk, so be prepared. You can always order it at greentripe.com. Good Luck

In Florida you can't buy it in butcher shops, or slaughter houses unless it's your own cattle that you had cut up.
