I've kept this quiet for a long time, since I'm not the type to rip somebody's ass for no good reason, but I've also delt with this breeder about 3 or 4 yrs ago. To make a long story short, this breeder is not someone you want to do business with, whether it's on a handshake or a contract written in stone. Her name is Misty Stotts, sure she deserves a little exposure...
Jennifer - wondering if the dog we rescued was the dog you supposedly bought. We were in contact with someone that is friends with the dog's breeder who said that a) this person never fully paid for the dog b) this person also sold this dog numerous times, collected peoples' money, and never delivered.

i know a few months have gone by since you posted under this topic ,but i just ran across your post and read it . I have been to busy to chat much online . i noticed your reply but do not understand what you are saying in your reply .Could you please explain ? sorry but ive had a few others read your post and we all got total different meaning from it .
"Long story short ,we both signed contracts , i sent money on adult dog they advertise as deposit with contract they made . They contact me after getting my money say said dog accidentally let self out got bred . Say they will go to vet in 3week or so see if preg. claimed they did not think so as to early in dog heat .Contacts me 3 wk later says dog is pregnant that they will sale dog after litter . I was okay with that . Let a couple months go buy ,contacted them , they say dog got out & got killed with two others ."
I was saying that perhaps the dog you sent money to buy, and they said was "killed" was the dog that we picked up from a poor situation. Apparently, the kennels told every person that sent money on the dog I had that it was "killed," when, in fact, they sold it to someone else.
